Rachelle Noble, a fierce advocate for alternative education, created Microschool Solutions to help aspiring education entrepreneurs turn their visions into reality. She knows firsthand the frustration of working in systems where students are overlooked, and their full potential is stifled. That’s why Rachelle is deeply committed to building spaces (while running her own microschool!) where every child is seen, where their strengths are celebrated, and where they can thrive in ways traditional systems don’t allow.
As both a mother to three and a former highschool geometry teacher, Rachelle’s passion is personal. Her shift from traditional education to microschool entrepreneurship is a bold invitation to fellow educators to break free from limitations, embrace their vision, and create learning environments that truly honor each child’s unique gifts.
She inspires founders to design schools that nurture creativity, autonomy, and, most importantly, a deep sense of belonging.
