Experience from the first
school to the everyday work.

Rachelle Noble is the founder of Microschool Solutions and operates Noble Microschool in Mesa, Arizona. Her work in microschooling began in 2018 as Prenda’s third full-time employee, where she personally recruited and helped launch 52 microschools in eight months. She later led Prenda’s New Markets team, supporting expansion into four additional states.

Since founding Microschool Solutions in 2023, Rachelle has supported hundreds of aspiring and existing founders. She is co-authoring The Microschool Difference and developing Microschool OS. Her perspective combines national growth work with the daily experience of leading her own school, grounded in the belief that there is no one right way to educate a child.
