What happens in a Dream Conversation?+
Spend 30 minutes with Rachelle Noble discussing the school you are imagining or already leading, your current questions, and whether Microschool OS fits your next step. You can ask about membership, the current cohort, and the weekly meeting schedule. You do not need to purchase a membership to book.
Can I start with just an idea?+
Yes. Bring what you are imagining and the questions you are exploring. Founders Circle gives you a community as you prepare, while Jumpstart and your Blueprint help you work through your school plan. You do not need every answer to begin.
What if my school is already open?+
Microschool Mastermind is your weekly community for the school you already lead. Bring your experience, your questions, and what you want to work on next. Your existing plans and identity have a place in the workspace, too.
Is Microschool OS included in the Mastermind?+
Yes. Your Mastermind membership includes Microschool OS, Jumpstart, your saved Blueprint, and practical planning and communication tools. You get live weekly guidance and a workspace to put it into practice. Founders Circle supports members preparing to open.
Does the support continue after my school opens?+
Yes. Founders Circle helps you prepare to open; Microschool Mastermind supports you once you are running your school. Our team and weekly community stay part of the journey as you work through enrollment, family relationships, the learning experience, and your growth as a leader. Microschool OS is included throughout. Future live school management tools are still coming soon.
When does the community meet?+
The groups meet weekly. Talk with Rachelle about the current cohort, meeting day, time, and time zone so you can understand how it fits into your week.
How does the annual price work?+
$970 is billed as one annual payment for 12 months of membership. Twelve monthly payments of $97 would total $1,164, so annual membership saves $194, the equivalent of two months. Both billing options include the same community, guidance, and tools.
Will my school still feel like mine?+
Absolutely. Your vision, values, learning approach, voice, and decisions shape the work. Start fresh or bring the brand you already have. The community helps you think through your choices; your school stays yours.
What do the practical tools help with?+
Jumpstart and your Blueprint support school planning. Your workspace helps you prepare your school story, communication drafts, weekly plans, family inquiry follow-up, and editable resources. Website publishing, tuition payments, message delivery, and social posting need separate services and setup. Keep individual student records in an appropriate separate records system.
Does membership guarantee enrollment, funding, or permission to open?+
No. Every school and location is different. The community and tools help you prepare, organize decisions, and identify what to verify. You remain responsible for local requirements, business decisions, and the information you share with families.
